The implementation plan includes periodic reassessments to measure progress and to detect any new organizational factors that may require adjustments to the OPM program.

3.3.1 Develop Implementation Plan
The first step in the implementation phase is to develop a detailed implementation plan for each initiative.،It provides the information you need to develop the implementation plan.
Stakeholder engagement is an ongoing activity that begins early in social responsibility planning so that stakeholder input can contribute to setting objectives, strategies, and any initial targets; identifying risks and opportu- nities; and developing the implementation plan.
Once you have the objectives, strategy, targets, and team(s) in place, an implementation plan is essential.
Also, plans that are developed later, such as the communications and engagement plan, may be appended to the overall implementation plan.
